Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds are not available once a digital file has been delivered and downloaded. If a file is corrupted or fails to download, contact the Studio within 7 days for a replacement.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the returns process applies.
Returns: Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the Studio within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. The Studio will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
Items sold on enquiry are subject to the terms agreed in writing at the time of sale.
