Orders are shipped from Cape Town via a tracked courier service. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipping is available on request. Contact the Studio for a shipping quote before placing an order for delivery outside South Africa. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
A tracking number is provided by email once an order has been dispatched.
Digital publications are delivered as a download link immediately after successful payment. The link remains accessible for 30 days; contact the Studio if you need it reissued.
The Studio takes care in packaging all items. If an item arrives damaged, contact the Studio within 7 days with photographs for a replacement or refund.
Buyers in Cape Town may arrange in-person collection of physical items by appointment. Contact the Studio to coordinate.
